I like to think of my collage pieces as narrative;  bits and pieces of a dream that each dog or cat has had somewhere in their lifetime;  a favorite toy, a beloved garden, or a great animal friend. 

I want the viewer to be surprised and entertained as he/she finds subtle oddities or details throughout the piece.

My paintings are a mixture of heavy-bodied acrylics and collage on canvas or watercolor papers.  I also use gel mediums, photos, tranfers and drawings to create the environment for my subjects.
